Vendor Application Spring 2014
The Hayloft is a three-day juried show. This means that vendors are selected by style and presentation of their goods as well as pleasant personalities. We are seeking vendors who have a eye for what’s hot and happening in the vintage/handmade market.
Experience isn’t necessary but friendliness and the right attitude is. We encourage beautiful displays, unique handmade items and high quality goods. Market items are subject to approval. Creative displays are what set The Hayloft apart from your average flea market. We want the barn sale to be a marketplace for our customers.
If you don’t participate in other shows, please do not hesitate to apply. All applicants are welcome. All vendors who have participated in The Hayloft previously get first choice on space. So depending on how many vendors are returning will determine the spots available. Will contact if space is available.
Also you must have inventory to cover the 3 event!
Spring Sale dates are May 15-17, 2014
Thursday is preview night from 4:30-7:30 pm
Friday is 10-6
Saturday is 9-4

Directions for completing and sending form:

Save your completed file and attach to email addressed to thehayloftatportroyal@gmail.com. If you do not have Microsoft word-please “Download As” and select “pdf” and print pages.(or you may be able to choose “file” and “print” from you internet browser toolbar). Booth and Fee Information
All spaces are under roof. Spaces are 10(width) x 12 and cost $185.00 each including electricity. If you are selected to join in the show, you may reserve the number of spaces that best fit your needs, depending on availability.
There are a few smaller booths available.

Also The Hayloft will be advertised in various publications in Middle Tennessee, Northern Alabama and Southern Kentucky. There will be brochures and flyers made available to vendors upon request.
