- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ stick (4 tablespoons) butter or Margarine, softened at room temperature
- 1-(1-pound) box confectioner’s sugar
Mix cream cheese, butter, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Slowly add confectioners sugar, continuing to beat until frosting is spreadable.
