The Hayloft is a three-day juried show. This means that vendors are selected by style and presentation of their goods as well as pleasant personalities. We are seeking vendors who have a eye for what’s hot and happening in the vintage/handmade market.
Experience isn’t necessary but friendliness and the right attitude is. We encourage beautiful displays, unique handmade items and high quality goods. Market items are subject to approval. Creative displays are what set The Hayloft apart from your average flea market. We want the barn sale to be a marketplace for our customers.
If you don’t participate in other shows, please do not hesitate to apply. All applicants are welcome. All vendors who have participated in The Hayloft previously get first choice on space. So depending on how many vendors are returning will determine the spots available.
Also you must have inventory to cover the 3 day event! Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax.
The Hayloft will be advertised in various publications in Middle Tennessee, Northern Alabama and Southern Kentucky. Flyers are available to vendors upon request.
